If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Please email us directly with any issue regarding payment processing at info@thebeyoushirt.com. We do not refund orders for buyer's remorse but we do give store credit, if there is an error in our part we will reverse the charge. Please follow the size charts as every garment is true to size. If you want a loose feel, we recommend to order one size up.

Returns

Please notify us within 14 days of delivery. You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging and needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Shipping

Fulfillment: It takes 2–5 business days to create a product and fulfill an order

Shipping: The average shipping time is 7-10 business days depending on the delivery destination

We're doing the best we can to fulfill your orders on time, but there are industry-wide shipping delays that will impact delivery dates.

Based on our estimates, we expect to fulfill these products in time for the shipping carrier deadlines. However, there are shipping delays that will impact delivery times.

Shipping and order deadlines
We're experiencing carrier delays throughout the US, especially with USPS shipments. Some orders are stuck in distribution centers where they show no movement. We've confirmed with USPS that the orders aren't lost, but are waiting to be processed and will be delivered. USPS are also “experiencing unprecedented volume increases and limited employee availability due to the impacts of Covid-19.”

With air travel to the UK being limited due to Covid-19, shipments to the UK are delayed and the estimated order delivery times are likely to be inaccurate. Since this is a new development, we don’t yet know how long the delays will be, but we’re assured by our carriers that packages continue to be delivered. We’re actively communicating with our shipping partners to get more information, and we’ll keep you posted.

Return Policy

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 2 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 2 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

We do not accept returns of sealed goods, such as but not limited to face masks, which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons. You hereby agree that any returned orders with face masks won’t be available for reshipping and will be disposed of.

Refund Policy

We do not refund for buyer’s remorse but we will give store credit towards the same printed garment if the garment is not printed correctly. We will only reverse a charged payment due to an error on our part. If you ordered the wrong size please email us directly with the correct size within 24 hours so we can adjust your order before it gets shipped out. The garments are made true to size so if you want a lose feel we recommend buying one size up. Please check the size chart in the description section of the garment before making processing the order.
